Thyme & Tide Restaurant

Our newly refurbished restaurant Thyme and Tide has fantastic food, a fabulous team and panoramic views of the river Deben and the North sea. What’s not to like?

Thyme and Tide is managed by our House manager Lynne Calver, the kitchen (galley) is managed by Gavin Bennett and with the fabulous team we offer a great experience. There is nothing is too much trouble for our team.

Thyme & Tide opening times:

  • Wednesday evening for our members and their guests
  • Saturday lunchtimes for everyone
  • Sunday lunchtimes for everyone

We welcome non members at the weekends.

Members receive a discount on all their food and drink, so it might be worth joining the club to get some great discounts.

Our ‘Best Roast on the Coast‘ is very popular to everyone.

  • 2 Courses @ £24.00 per person
  • 3 Courses @ £28.00 per person

There is usually a choice of 4 starters, 4 main courses (1 being vegetarian) and 4 desserts or cheese and biscuits.

We can accommodate special dietary requirements, but please do tell us when you book.

Thyme and Tide are also open for special occasions such as weddings, birthday parties, celebration of life events and anything in between.

We have held some wonderful parties and now with our beautifully refurbished clubhouse it will be even better.
