ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Felixstowe Ferry Sailing Club will be held at the clubhouse on Sunday November 28th at 14.30 hours. In accordance with rule 2.2.1 candidates for Officers for election at the AGM shall be nominated and seconded in writing by members entitled to vote and the nomination, together with the nominee’s acceptance of the nomination, shall be forwarded to the Secretary no later than Saturday November 6th or on the nomination form on the club noticeboard in the hallway. In accordance with rule 3.2 any proposal from the membership in respect of changes to the Rules of the Club shall be signed by any ten members and submitted in writing to the Secretary by no later than Monday October 18th .
